Randi Barros
This summer Randi Barros produced, directed and edited a trailer, "Live
Free
or Die," for a feature film which she has written and plans to direct.
The
film tells the story of Case Shepherd, a rock musician who gets lost in
the
mountains of New Hampshire. She is also currently co-writing a screenplay
entitled "Room for Rent" for the German cinema, which is being produced by
Naked Eye Films in Munich. Randi's short film, "Goodnight Elizabeth,"
produced while she was a graduate film student at Columbia University, was
in
festivals worldwide. Randi makes her living as a freelance editor.
Recent
projects include "Baklava and the Meaning of Life," a documentary about
Iraqui sculptor, Helene Simon, and various segments for CNN Newstand.
